"Friendly, competent, in my neighborhood service. Having our insurance agent's office nearby is important to me. When I have a question or need to request a favor to accommodate travel, billing issues and making adjustments to our coverage, I have options: I can email Kyle's office, I can call and talk to an agent sitting at a desk in an office that I have visited and talked to face to face or I can take a short drive to the office and talk directly to a person.
I cancelled my previous insurance with a company that closed it's doors in Federal Way and changed to "call center" customer service. I want to support my local neighborhood and community. I want the commission portion of my premiums to help provide living wage employment in my community. State Farm does this."
